i think i suddenly like blogging a lot. and suddenly = RIGHT NOW.
so, i'm right here in the library, just had my last accounting lecture, kinda sad, i like my class and my prof and .. NO, not accounting. Taoism and Confucianism exam in a little while, life can be amazingly sweeet if everyone follows confucius or laozi's teachings. but nahh, uh-uh, impossible.

so, it was to bed at 7am and up at 9am last night, or rather, this morning.
mad rush with the 7-page research paper ! phew, am i so glad it's over ! totally praying hard the bullshit isn't too obvious though. it's gna be 30% of my grades, so please please please let the rubbish be concealed somehow.
anyhows, other than researching for Sumerian Mythology, i spent an itsy bitsy bit of my time at about.com with valencia ! HAHA and we "about"-ed about some stuff and found helluva bunch of stuff for our upcoming SUMMER ! we're gna have a really fulfilling summer loaded with BUNCHES of events and PARADES ! HAHA
June 10th at West Hollywood (VALEN ! i'm up for it ! you've found yourself a companion !)
June 25th at San Francisco ! with .. who else but JENNIFER BEALS ! (too bad it's not Kate Moennig, but but but, SHUWEI ! i'm right here, i'm going !)

i really greatly extremely appreciate every single bit of it ! the mind-boggling times on the roads and freeways, the concentration, the directions to follow, the time spent, the shagged state you guys end up in everytime the last person gets off the car, the petrol, the mileage .. EVERYTHING you guys have to put in just to get from one place to the other.

anyhows, this is the last day of the 4-day weekend ! and, it's zooming by, like it never even happened, as usual.
3rd street with valen and weiting after school on thursday. had divine beef burgers, fries and soda, heavenly. JJ (chicken wings, fried rice and iced tea) at 11pm with the girls later on in the night. drive down to malibu with little confessions along the way (i swear the moon and the stars make me drowsy). valen and weiting stayed over for the night and we didn't sleep till 5am or so. THANK YOU SHUWEI for the night !
to Bank of America with valen, friday morning. stroll down 30th street to 23rd, then down walgrove, was sweet. (say adieus to nice long strolls, now three out of five of us have cars). car hunting in the afternoon for miss chi bao xing ! valen didn't get her car, but we had fun nonetheless. jinju for dinner was as always, scrumptious !
valen got her car bright and early the very next day ! tried our hands at some potato and pasta dish with weiting after getting outta bed. ended up tasting O-K-A-Y, didn't even dare offer it to my house mates. HAHA well, had valen and minqi come over and we FEASTED.
picked shuwei up after that, headed to ikea at burbank ! drive down was GORGEOUS ! beautiful majestic mountains, hollywood, sunset boulevard, nickelodeon, warner brothers, bridges, palm trees galore, happy people, dreamy apartments .. back to marina del ray for cheesecake factory after that ! portions, as expected, were humongous, but definitely tastebuds-enticing ! THANK YOU VALEN for the day !
sunday was spent sleeping for two-thirds of the day. got up at 2.30pm then back to sleep at 4pm. got back up, did some homework before i decided to head back to bed at 11pm.
today's MEMORIAL DAY. yes, so it's a day off from school. i just tested my skills on century egg porridge ! haha it tasted O-K-A-Y ! (when can my cooking ever pass the O-K-A-Y or even E-D-I-B-L-E mark !!) but this time, i dared to share it with vivian, haha hope she didn't cringe on her first scoop.
okay, just to balance off everything abit and not make it seem like it's PARADISE here, i've 5 finals coming up ! one research paper on sumerian mythology (anyone even knew such a word existed ?), three essays for communications, a poetry exam for english, accounting quiz and homework for tomorrow, and maybe (if i've time to spare) DMV driving manual to mug !
